Blast off with BYO treats
We’ll get in touch before your session to give you recommendations on where to shop and what might work best for you. Consume responsibly before your session, or do it with your group. If you choose edibles, enjoy them at least a half an hour or so before class time.
Elevated yoga session
We’ll meet and greet each other so we’re all know each other. Totally introvert-friendly. We’ll get grounded, move through postures, chill for savasana at the end and have our metaphorical rebirth.
Roll or chill
You’re welcome to hang out afterward to talk about your experience, journal or enjoy each other’s company and your yoga high. When you leave, be sure to have safe transportation.
Benefits – things you want
Expect relaxation and pillowy comfort in your body. The plant heightens your senses and frees your mind from constraints. Your body relaxes. Time feels different. That’s where the yoga comes in — mindfulness and awareness of your body. You might giggle, laugh, have warm feelings, float through a pleasant reverie … experiences are as diverse as the crowd.


Challenges – things you don’t want
Anyone who has used our favorite plant knows headspace is important and sets the tone for your session. Anxiety can arise as magically as euphoria. The great news is thoughts and feelings are transient, and cannabis helps you practice letting them go. We’re there to help if things get weird — you may just need a little grounding, mindfulness. While our favorite plant is not a psychedelic in reasonable amounts, sometimes the plant has unexpected lessons for you.
