The Vitamin C Yoga Flow:

Arrive and relax

  • Doors open at 10 – yoga begins around 10:15 or when the vibe is right
  • Buy something to consume from The Joint’s top-notch menu
  • Pre-rolls, vapes or fast acting drinks/edibles are recommended for the full experience (traditional edibles can take as long as two hours to take effect)
  • Say hello to your new friends and lift off (or just chill)

Stretch, flow and chill

  • Close your eyes, turn your attention inward and let DW be your guide
  • Do only what feels good and works for your body
  • There’s no competition and no judgment – just smiles

Bask in your yoga high

  • Yoga wraps up by 11:30 am
  • Stick around and chill with new friends as long as you like – tell us how it was for you
  • Exit through the gift shop and show a little love to The Joint with another purchase
  • Travel safely, wherever your journey takes you
